The mouse gets stuck at regular mousing speed. As someone that has many windows open at once on 3 monitors, constantly moving them around and aligning them, having the mouse stick every time I pass between monitors becomes frustrating very quickly. I shouldn't have to adjust my regular mouse movement to actively remember to 'throw' my mouse from one monitor to another with enough speed to break through the sticking boundary. The bug is semi reproducible by docking the Alarms WinRT app on the right side of my right monitor and then I resize the app so it takes minimal horizontal space on screen. I then dock iTunes I did get it to work with chrome once on the right side right up against the Alarms app. At this point my mouse cursor usually begins sticking again. This issue could be due to screen resolution or graphic card drivers. I would suggest you to change the screen resolution and check if it helps.
Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I have used these Dell 24" Ultrasharp monitors for years without any issue so I highly doubt they're to blame. Both displays are set to their native resolution of x Updating the graphics drivers didn't help either. It seems the issue only happens with I use the Alarms app which is provided with Windows.
I dock the Alarm app to the far right side of the monitors and shrink the app down to it's smallest size. After a certain amount of basic computer use web browsing, file management, viewing pdfs the issue starts happening. My quick fix solution is now to simply hide the Alarms app not kill it as I don't want to lose my timers progress , then re-maximise and dock the app once more. This fixes the problem immediately, but after a period of time an hour or so?!
You may r un the app troubleshooter and check if it helps. If you kill explorer. It will start back up and the mouse seems ok now with multi monitor.
